The Administrative Observer has two editions: Standard
and Professional. Training is available for each.
Districts often schedule both, six to eight weeks apart.

Your training agenda will be customized after a
pre-training interview to reflect local needs, policies, and
procedures. The examples below are typical. |

Based on your customized training agenda, skill
presentation will be followed by hands-on practice. Each
participant will need a workstation with The Administrative
Observer installed, including the handheld components if you
acquired that license. Our detailed
setup guide will help you get ready.
The training specialist will use a projector to present and
explain each concept at least twice. For each skill, a general
overview will move quickly from start to finish. Then a second
presentation will be done slowly, with time for questions and
for taking notes.
Hands-on practice and questions will follow before moving the
the next concept. Participants will be given a short break every
45-50 minutes during the three hour training session. |
