How much does training cost?
  Our training order form has details.  Let us send you a quote!
 
What preliminary setup is needed for a webinar or a training session?
  We visit with the tech person you assign and provide a setup guide.
 
What if I have questions after the training session?
  That happens.  If your colleagues can't help you, contact us free for 30 days after the training.
 
Do training participants get CEU or CPDU credits?
  We are not a certified provider of CEU or CPDU credits.  We will, however, provide upon request a training syllabus and a certificate of completion for all participants so your local professional development agency can decide if credit is warranted.
 
How many participants are allowed per training session?
  As a practical matter, twelve is a good limit per session.  The training dynamic changes with larger numbers.  Talk to us about a multiple sessions if you have large numbers.
 
How are local concerns, policies, and procedures addressed during training?
  Based on the response to the pre-training interview, we address those concerns while training.
 
What is the trainer's background?
  Bill Craig, formerly a high school principal, collaborated in the development of
The Administrative Observer and is an expert user.  He is a frequent presenter and consultant on the topics of school improvement and teacher observation.
